Vidu Q3 Pro 图生视频 API

POST/api/v1/run/shengshu/vidu-q3-pro/image-to-video

获取结果

生成任务以异步方式处理。请持续轮询，直到 status 状态为 succeeded、failed 或 canceled；也可以在提交时传入 webhook_url。生成失败会自动退款。
