The challenge

WorldOS is a sandbox simulation game platform powered by AI agents. A new game grows in bursts, and generation demand grows with it, so media generation had to stay affordable and dependable from day one.

Why Cheaper Gen.

  • Official models at prices below the official list, so generation cost stays proportionate as the player base grows.
  • Automatic routing with live health checks and failover across channels, with failed generations refunded.
  • One API for every model, so the team could ship the game instead of building model infrastructure.

What they run

Players build worlds and characters that AI agents bring to life; the game generates character art and scenes with Seedream, and short clips with Wan 3.0 reference-to-video.

Players have created 68,000 worlds and nearly 585,000 characters, and played more than 23 million turns.

Results

WorldOS reached more than 300,000 registered players across 130+ countries and $360K in annual recurring revenue by October 2026, running on Cheaper Gen.
