max_cost_usdand a request priced above it is refused without charge. - Prepaid only. You can't spend more than your balance; auto top-up is optional and you set its amount.
- Failed = free. Failed generations, and jobs you cancel while queued, are refunded in full.
- Every charge itemized. Each generation returns its exact cost, and the dashboard lists every charge.
